I am a Leadership and Performance Coach with a background in international relations, diplomacy, education, and cross-cultural communication.
Having lived, studied, and worked across different countries and cultures, I understand the complexity of transitions, identity, growth, and reinvention.
I work with leaders, executives, and accomplished professionals who have already invested deeply in their personal growth, yet find themselves seeking greater clarity, perspective, and confidence as they navigate important decisions, challenges, and transitions.
My role is to create a space for honest reflection, meaningful insight, and intentional action.
My coaching training includes the ACT Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification through Brown University School of Professional Studies and the Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness Coaching Program through Harvard Medical School.
I also hold a Master's degree in International Relations and Economics from the Sorbonne, postgraduate studies focused on European and Latin American relations, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.
Together, these academic, professional, and coaching experiences have shaped an approach grounded in curiosity, perspective, and a deep appreciation for the complexity of human growth, leadership, and change.
Coaching sessions are available in English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
